We have made preliminary design ideas for the shape and function of toys according to customer needs, clarify the product size, structure and assembly methods, make physical samples according to requirements, and verify the feasibility and safety of the design.
During the cutting process, we use advanced equipment to cut wood into basic shapes, handle details and reserve interfaces for assembled parts to ensure the accuracy of each part.
Each toy has been carefully polished to ensure smooth and burr-free surface, avoid scratches in children, and use non-toxic water-based materials or UV paint to ensure the environmental protection and safety of the toys.
Use environmentally friendly glue or mortise and tenon structures to carefully assemble each toy to ensure its structure is stable.
Each toy will undergo strict safety tests before leaving the factory (check sharp edges, swallowing risks of small parts, paint adhesion) and functional tests (make sure that it can be moved and run normally).
We will clean and disinfect the toys to remove dust and residues during the production process. The packaging is made of environmentally friendly materials and marked with age warnings and safety certification marks. Avoid humid environment during storage and transportation to ensure that the finished product is not affected during transportation.
